The Toronto Youth Cabinet (TYC) will be holding Toronto’s first Black Youth Gala with the support of generous sponsors, including Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC), Network for the Advancement of Black Communities (NABC), JusticeFund, For Youth Initiative (FYI) and the City of Toronto.
